Warranty

We offer a 1-year free warranty on all jewelry, valid from the date of delivery.

Our warranty covers manufacturing-related defects within one year of purchase, including:

  • Loose or missing gemstones
  • Broken or damaged prongs
  • Other quality-related defects

The following issues are not covered under warranty:

  • Discoloration of precious metals caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, pool water, hot tubs, or bathing
  • Lost or stolen stones or jewelry
  • Wear-related damage, such as worn or bent prongs and resulting stone loss. Fine jewelry, especially rings, is subject to daily wear and tear; regular maintenance may be needed over time.
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications or services performed by non-authorized jewelers
  • Dents, nicks and scratches from normal daily wear
  • Tarnishing or oxidation caused by perfume, salt air, sulfur, lotion, hairspray, chlorine or skin conditions
  • Natural inclusions, minor variations or unique characteristics of colored gemstones, which are part of their natural beauty
  • Cracking, chipping, or breakage of inherently fragile gemstones — including but not limited to moss agate, moonstone, topaz, emerald, tourmaline, and opal — resulting from normal wear, accidental impacts, pressure, or improper handling. Due to the natural brittleness of these stones, such damage is not considered a manufacturing defect and is excluded from this warranty.

Please note: Our 3-year and 5-year extended warranty plans are extensions of the standard 1-year warranty service.
