Our cancellation policy is based on production progress: cancellations within 24 hours are free with a full refund; cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours incur a 15% deduction from the order amount as a fee; cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a 30% deduction as production has advanced.

    Returns are handled differently based on the reason:

    Quality Issues: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with evidence. We will cover the shipping costs and provide a free repair, replacement, or full refund.

    Personal Reasons: You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. A 30% crafting fee will be deducted from the refund, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
